Enerdelphia grew out of Rick Mohr's desire to contribute to renewable energy activity in Philadelphia. Months of collecting links to local energy organizations showed that the collection itself could be valuable, as there was not yet a comprehensive regional resource for information on renewables and energy efficiency.
As awareness of energy issues rises, Philadelphia-area people want to make a difference but can't always find the right local resources. Enerdelphia is a useful first stop for topics from energy audits to green jobs to solar panel rebates to state renewables legislation.
I invite anyone interested in Philly-area renewables and efficiency to get in touch. There's a lot going on.
